CHOCOLATE CARMEL FUDGE - CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredents:

2 (7.4 oz) packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
48 Chocolate Carmel candies (unwrapped)
5 (oz) unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
no-stick cooking spray

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in chocolate chip muffin mix until blended. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Dip bottom of dough balls into pecans. Place on cookie sheet with nut side up, 2 inches apart.

Bake 7 - 8 minutes or just until cookies look slighty crackled and centers are still soft. Press a chocolate carmel candy into centers of cookies. If desired, gently swirl chocolate carmel candy with a knife while the candy is warm. Place on cooling rack.
